Information for stall holders
Gates open at 5:30am stall allocation on arrival No unloading or opening of vehicles till 6:30am.
Stall size approx. 30ft x 10ft + vehicle on hard standing .

How the fair will run….
- Gates open at 5:30am for stallholders to be shown to their stall locations.
- Strictly no unloading of vehicles or trading until 6:30am when you will hear an air horn.
- Buyers are admitted into the trading area at 6:30am.
- Vehicle collections can be made after 8:30am
- The fair closes at 1:00pm
- On arrival your ticket will be torn and deemed as used. Please note you will not be allowed to drive in and out of the trading area.
- dogs are welcome but must be kept on a lead at all times.
- Donington Park Moto Service area is a great place to wait for the early arrivals. With facilities from Costa Coffee, M&S, Burger King, WH Smiths, Coffee Nation, The Eat & Drink Co, Travelodge, BP petrol station and free WiFi coverage.
